Dear BMMS Members,

We are happy to announce the Annual General Body Meeting (AGBM) of the Bruhan Maharashtra Mandal Switzerland (BMMS) 

BMMS will be offering a buffet dinner to the attendees so it is important that you register (link at the top of this page ) for the event before the 15th June since this will ease our planning.

 

For those members who cannot attend please send your proxies in the sample format given below. (See the attached file linked below this web page.

 

We will send out a detailed agenda for the meeting a few days before the meeting but this is an election year and we are looking for interested members to join the Executive Committee (EC) so volunteers are most welcome.
